Quick Setup Import workflow.json into n8n. Connect your Gmail account. Connect your OpenAI API key. Create Gmail labels: Urgent, Events, and Personal. Select the corresponding labels in each Add Label node. Save the workflow and turn it ON. The workflow will now automatically analyze incoming emails, categorize them with AI, apply labels, archive promotional emails, and mark processed emails as read.
